How Information is Collected/Used 

I may collect and store sensitive personal data or other information that you voluntarily supply to me online while using the Site – for example but not limited to the following:

• Submission of applications/questionnaires: to be used to make decisions about admission and how best to support you

• Feedback through our Contact page that may be posted with your permission on the Testimonials section,

• Email communication (i.e. questions submitted through our Contact page and subsequent email exchanges)

 

I do not use any of the above for marketing purposes.

 

Who I share your data with

Only specific information is shared, and only with relevant parties associated with me (such as where information is relevant to cater to your needs at a retreat venue). 

 

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. youtube videos, substack, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

 

Storing your information and data security

Your information is stored for only the relevant period of time (e.g. before a retreat) before it is deleted. Your information can only be accessed by me.

 

Email Newsletters

All of my email newsletters sent to you via Substack include an unsubscribe link. You can remove yourself at any time by clicking on this link.

If the data that you provide to me in the course of your use of the site or services or products is governed by GDPR, I will abide by the relevant portions of the regulation. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), or are accessing this site from within the EEA, you may have the right to request: access to, correction of, deletion of; portability of; and restriction or objection to processing of your personal data, from me.
